1.3采购数量：***，通过符合性审查供应商数量达不到计划采购数量的情况，按实际通过的个数推荐。

1.4 服务内容：***采购，入围供应商需遵守南航机组保障安全、服务管理规定，为南航机组提供车辆保障服务；关注南航航班计划，根据航班计划做好接送机服务。

Service content:***king for Aircrew transport.ationservice provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines.

1.5 报价要求：

General requirements of Quotation

本项目报价均为含税价。本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。谈判人必须对全部内容进行报价，如有缺漏或超过最高限价（单价）的报价，将导致报价无效。本次采购金额和数量为预估数据，采购人有权按实际需要调整，并按实际数量进行结算。合同期内的采购数量可能会有所增减，固定单价不再进行相应调整。以上限价仅包含机场候机楼至协议酒店的车辆保障费用，如当地机场涉及收取车辆停车费，司机接送机等待费用等其他费用，以采购实际谈判结果为准。

The price of this project is inclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.The above ceiling price only includes the route between the airport terminal and the Hotel. If the airport involves charging parking fees, driver pick-up and dr.op off waiting fees, etc.The final result subject to procurement negotiation.

2、供应商资格要求

Supplier qualification

2.1供 ******的公司 ，具备当地政府承认合法有效的资质文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license.

2.2 供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.3 车辆供应商须负责所在地国际机场候机楼往返酒店的交通服务，保证机组一人一座，同时车辆可容纳机组行李，专车按约定时间接送机组。

Supplier shall be responsible for the transport.ationservice back and forth theterminal building and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew"s luggage, and the supplier will pick up and dr.opoff the crew at the agreed time.

2.4 被列入南航集团“限制交易供应商名单”且仍在限制期内的法人或其他组织不得参与本次谈判。

Legal person(The Owner of supplier)or other organizationswho islisted in the "restrictedlist ofsuppliers" of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.

2.5被列入南航集团“禁止交易企业名单”的企业，不得参与本次谈判。

The Supplier whois listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.

3、供应商报名Supplier Registration

3.1 公告时间：【2024】年【6】月【22】日00时00分至【2024】年【6】月【26】日23时59分止。
